Our Delivery Process
From Order to Delivery — Every Step Matters
We follow a rigorous, documented process for every delivery. No shortcuts, no guesswork — just safe, reliable fuel logistics from start to finish.
Order Placement & Confirmation
The client submits a fuel delivery request via phone, email, or our contact form. Our team reviews the order details — product type, volume, delivery location, and preferred schedule — and confirms within 2 hours. A formal delivery order is issued and shared with the client.
Journey Planning & Route Assessment
Our operations team plans the optimal route, factoring in road conditions, distance, regulatory checkpoints, and risk zones. Every journey is pre-approved and documented before the driver departs. High-risk routes undergo additional safety briefings.
Pre-Trip Vehicle & Driver Inspection
Before every trip, the assigned tanker undergoes a full pre-trip inspection — brakes, tyres, seals, valves, fire extinguishers, and emergency equipment. The driver's fitness, valid permits, and PPE compliance are also verified. No vehicle departs without a signed inspection checklist.
Loading & Documentation
Fuel is loaded at a licensed depot under strict supervision. Volume is verified against the delivery order, and all loading documents — waybills, delivery notes, and product certificates — are completed accurately before departure. Seals are applied and recorded.
Real-Time GPS Monitoring
Every tanker in our fleet is fitted with GPS tracking. Our operations centre monitors all active deliveries in real time. Clients receive a tracking link upon dispatch and can follow their delivery from loading point to destination. Any deviation triggers an immediate alert.
Safe Offloading at Client Site
On arrival, the driver conducts a site safety check before offloading begins. Volume is confirmed against the delivery note in the presence of the client's representative. Offloading follows strict HSEQ procedures — no smoking zones, grounding cables, and spill containment measures are all enforced.
Delivery Confirmation & Reporting
Once offloading is complete, the client signs the delivery receipt. The driver submits a post-trip report covering the journey, any incidents, and vehicle condition. All records are filed digitally and are available to clients on request.
